Grief Coaching for Women After Suicide Loss

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here—even though we both know… you never would’ve chosen this path.

When someone you love dies by suicide, everything changes. The grief is complex. The questions feel endless. Why didn’t I see it? Could I have done more? What if I had recognized how much they were suffering? The guilt. The endless questions. The shame. The silence. It’s heavy.

But you don’t have to carry it alone anymore. I created the Life After Loss Blueprint to help women like you move beyond survival and rebuild a life that feels like yours again. This isn’t about a quick fix. It’s for women who are ready for the deeper work of healing, growth, and lasting transformation.

Whether you lost a partner, a child, a parent, or a sibling—You belong here. And healing is possible—even after suicide loss.

Healing isn't moving on. It's moving forward—with love, with meaning, with hope.

Hi, I’m Ash.

If you’re here, it means you know a pain most of the world doesn’t understand. I know it too.

In 2010, my dad died by suicide after a long struggle with addiction. He was my best friend. My safe place. My anchor.

Losing him shattered my world. The guilt. The shame. The endless questions. The silence—it overwhelmed me. And as a 23-year-old graduate student studying to become a psychologist, I thought I should know how to help myself. But I didn’t.

So I did what most of us are taught to do... Stay strong. Keep busy. Push through. And for a while, it worked—until it didn’t.

The weight of my grief eventually caught up with me. I was exhausted, disconnected, and questioning everything—who I was now, what my future would look like, and whether this pain could ever lead to anything more than suffering.

But healing was possible—and it began, step by small step.

Today, I help women who are carrying the heaviness of suicide loss move beyond survival and thoughtfully rebuild a life anchored in peace, purpose, and hope. You don’t have to do this alone. And you don’t have to leave your love or your grief behind to heal.

Stories of Healing and Hope

Healing after suicide loss is possible—and these women are living proof. Here’s what a few of the women I've had the privilege to support have shared about their journeys:

"Before working with Ashley, I felt like every inch of my body was drying in cement. I was consumed by shame, regret, and thoughts of ending my life. Ashley’s program changed everything. She helped me rewrite my story, find tools to live with my grief, and reconnect with my son in a way I never thought possible."

— Ell

"For the first time, I felt lighter and like I could breathe again. Ashley’s compassionate guidance helped me release the weight I carried and refocus on the love and life in front of me. This process truly changed my life."

— Ellen

"Before working with Ashley, my biggest struggle was admitting I needed help. Through her program, I realized we are not meant to grieve alone. Ashley’s approach is compassionate and thorough. She made even the hardest concepts feel understandable and safe."

— Carmela
